E4
Vacuum will not start and shows E4; sometimes this occurs after battery replacement.
Battery Pack Communication / Identification Error
E5
Vacuum runs only on low power and shows E5 when switching to turbo or max mode.
Battery Voltage Sag / Low Voltage Protection
E6
Vacuum does not charge; the charger LED blinks and the vacuum display shows E6 when docked.
Charging Fault / Battery Temperature or Voltage Out of Range
E7
Brush roll stops spinning and the display shows E7 while suction continues.
Motorized Floor Nozzle Overload / Brush Roll Jam
E8
Vacuum intermittently cuts out and shows E8 when tilting or moving the wand.
Wand / Nozzle Communication or Power Interruption
E9
The vacuum display shows E9 and suction is very weak or absent.
Airflow Restriction / Blocked Duct Detection
Symptom
Brush roll does not spin, but suction is normal and no error code is displayed.
Brush Drive Failure Without Detection
Symptom
Dust bin door will not latch closed, causing loss of suction and dust leakage.
Dust Bin Latch / Seal Failure
Symptom
Fine dust escapes from the exhaust, leaving a haze or a dusty smell in the room.
Filtration Failure / HEPA Bypass
Symptom
LED lights on the floor nozzle do not turn on, but the brush and suction work normally
Nozzle LED Circuit Failure
Symptom
Mini motorized tool (e.g., upholstery turbo brush) does not spin when attached
Accessory Power / Drive Failure
Symptom
The vacuum makes a rattling noise from inside the dust bin area when in use.
Loose Internal Cyclone or Foreign Object
Symptom
The vacuum trigger must be held very hard or at a specific angle to keep the unit running.
Worn or Misaligned Trigger Switch
Symptom
The vacuum will not stand properly in the charging dock or does not make good contact.
Docking / Charging Alignment Issue
Symptom
Vacuum does not turn on at all; there are no lights or response when pressing the power trigger.
No Power / Dead Unit
Symptom
Vacuum emits a burning smell or hot plastic odor during or after use.
Overheating / Electrical Insulation Breakdown
Symptom
Vacuum handle or body becomes uncomfortably hot during normal use.
Overheating of Electronics or Motor
Symptom
Vacuum has weak suction even though the motor sounds normal.
Low Suction / Airflow Loss
Symptom
Vacuum leaves visible debris on carpets even after multiple passes.
Poor Pickup Performance
Symptom
Vacuum makes a loud, high-pitched whine or screeching noise during operation.
Motor Bearing Wear / Air Leak Whistle
Symptom
Vacuum produces a clicking or ticking noise from the floor nozzle while in use
Nozzle Gear or Debris Interference
Symptom
Vacuum runs for only a very short time (1–3 minutes) before shutting off, even after a full charge.
Reduced Runtime / Battery Capacity Loss
Symptom
Vacuum shuts off randomly when moved or tilted, then restarts when upright.
Intermittent Power Loss / Tilt Sensitivity
Symptom
Vacuum vibrates excessively or rattles when running.
Mechanical Imbalance / Loose Components
