COL
Display shows COL or COOL, the heater does not run, and the spa may run pumps in freeze-protection mode.
Cold Water Protection / Freeze Mode

Display shows dr or DR; the heater shuts off; the spa may continue to run pumps.
Dry Heater or Insufficient Water in Heater Tube

Display shows dY or DY; the spa may shut down the heater and display a dry heater warning.
Persistent Dry Heater Condition
EC
Display shows EC or ECO; the spa heats slowly and may not reach the set temperature quickly.
Economy Heating Mode Enabled
F1
Display shows F1; the filtration cycle or circulation pump is not operating as expected.
Filtration Cycle Configuration or Failure
F2
Display shows F2; abnormal filtration or flow condition; the spa may not maintain temperature.
Extended Filtration or Flow Error
FL
Display shows FL, spa may heat intermittently, heater icon may flash, jets run but the heater does not stay on.
Intermittent Flow Switch Operation
FLO
Display shows FLO or FL, heater will not turn on, jets may run briefly then stop, spa may shut down after a few minutes.
Low or No Water Flow Through Heater
HL
Display shows HL or HLo, the spa may shut down the heater and sometimes the pumps, and the water may not feel excessively hot.
High-Limit Trip Without True Overheat
Htr
Display shows HTR or HEAT FAIL; water does not heat to the set temperature.
Heater Failure or Heater Relay Fault
ICE
Display shows ICE, IC, or FR, pumps run periodically even when the spa is not in use, and the heater may run continuously.
Freeze Protection Mode Active
LOC
Display shows LOC or LOCK, buttons do not respond, and the spa may continue to run filtration cycles but the user cannot change settings.
Control Panel Lock / Child Lock Enabled
OH
Display shows OH or OHH, the spa shuts down, pumps may run briefly then stop, and water feels very hot near or above the set temperature.
Overheat Condition Detected by High-Limit Sensor
OHH
Display shows OHH, the spa immediately shuts down the heater and often the pumps, and may not reset until power is cycled.
Critical Overheat Lockout
P1
Display shows P1 error; the first pump will not start or shuts off quickly.
Pump 1 Drive or Overcurrent Fault
P2
Display shows P2 error; the second pump does not operate or trips the breaker when activated.
Pump 2 Drive or Overload Fault
Prr
Display shows PRR or PR; pumps may run briefly; the spa may not heat until the sequence completes.
Priming Mode / Pump Priming Routine

Display shows SE or SEn; the spa may operate, but some functions are disabled.
Sensor Error or Sensor Out of Range
SN
Display shows SN, SN1, or SN2, the spa may not heat and may shut down the heater circuit.
Temperature Sensor Fault
SN1
Display shows SN1, the spa may not heat, and may run pumps but the heater icon stays off.
Primary Temperature Sensor Error
SN2
Display shows SN2, the spa may shut down or run with limited functions, and the heater may be disabled.
High-Limit or Secondary Sensor Error
Display is blank or shows only dashes, spa is unresponsive, pumps and heater do not run.
No Display / Control Panel Power Loss
Symptom
Air blower does not turn on or stops shortly after starting.
Air Blower Failure or Overheat
Symptom
Jets are weak or some jets do not have any flow even though the pump is running.
Reduced Jet Pressure / Flow Restriction

Ozonator is not running, or no ozone bubbles are visible from the ozone jet.
Ozone Generator Failure or No Ozone Flow

Pump hums but will not start, then may trip the breaker or shut off.
