C1
C1 or a similar calibration code appears, and the cooker refuses to start.
Sensor Calibration Error
E0
Multicooker does not start a cooking program and displays E0 immediately after pressing Start.
Lid Not Detected / Lid Switch Open
E1
Multicooker beeps and shows E1 shortly after starting a program; heating does not begin.
Open or Shorted Main Temperature Sensor (NTC)
E2
Display shows E2 and the cooker stops heating during a program, often after preheating.
Overtemperature Protection / Sensor Overrange
E3
E3 appears during pressure cooking; unit stops and may release steam prematurely.
Pressure Sensor Fault / Pressure Overrange
E4
E4 error appears and the cooker refuses to enter pressure mode or stops shortly after building pressure.
Pressure Not Reached / Pressure Leakage Detected
E5
E5 is displayed and the cooker stops heating; often associated with power-on or early in a cycle.
Heating Circuit Fault / Heater Open or Short
E6
E6 appears on the display and the cooker will not start any program.
Main Control Board Communication / Internal Fault
E7
E7 error appears intermittently, often when using high-temperature frying or sauté modes.
Upper Lid Temperature Sensor Fault
E8
E8 is displayed and the cooker stops; often associated with unstable or low mains voltage.
Input Voltage Out of Range
E9
E9 appears and the cooker will not start; sometimes accompanied by a faint burning smell previously.
Short Circuit / Overcurrent Protection Triggered
Err
Display shows a generic 'Err' message and beeps; no specific code number is shown.
Generic System Error / Self-Test Failure
F1
F1 error appears at power-on; no cooking functions are available.
Keypad / Touch Panel Fault
F2
F2 error appears during operation; the cooker may stop unexpectedly.
Secondary Temperature Sensor Fault (Auxiliary NTC)
F3
F3 appears, and the cooker will not heat, often associated with sensor wiring issues.
Sensor Circuit Short / Crossed Wires
F4
F4 error appears when trying to start high-power modes like frying or pressure cooking.
Heater Drive Feedback Fault
H0
Display shows H0, and the cooker remains in a warm state without starting full heating.
Keep-Warm Only Mode / Heater Drive Limitation
H1
H1 appears, and the cooker stops heating, often after extended use or blocked vents.
High Internal Temperature / Overheat Protection
LID
Display shows 'LID' or a lid icon and the cooker refuses to start pressure or cooking programs.
Lid Not Locked / Lock Sensor Fault
P0
Display shows P0, and the cooker does not build pressure or heat normally.
Pressure Program Not Properly Selected / Low Pressure Mode
P1
Display shows P1, and the cooker stops mid-cycle, often during pressure cooking.
Abnormal Pressure Rise / Safety Cutoff
U8
U8 or a similar under-voltage code appears, and the cooker cancels the program.
Under-Voltage Protection
Symptom
Buttons or touch keys respond intermittently or activate the wrong function.
Keypad / Touch Panel Misoperation
Symptom
Display and lights flicker or reset when the heater turns on.
Voltage Drop / Internal Power Instability
Symptom
Display segments are missing or unreadable; some numbers or icons do not light.
Display Module Fault
Symptom
Float valve does not rise during pressure cooking; cooker times out or shows pressure-related errors.
Float Valve Stuck / Not Sealing
Symptom
Inner pot coating is peeling or scratched; food sticks badly and may show dark flakes.
Non-Stick Coating Degradation
Symptom
Keep Warm mode overheats food, causing it to dry out or burn on the bottom.
Keep-Warm Temperature Too High
Symptom
Loud clicking, popping, or metallic noises during heating or pressure cooking.
Thermal Expansion Noise / Mechanical Stress
Symptom
Multicooker does not power on at all; no lights or display when plugged in.
No Power / Dead Appliance
Symptom
Multicooker heats very slowly or never reaches cooking temperature; food remains undercooked.
Reduced Heating Output
Symptom
Multicooker lid is difficult to open after cooking; feels stuck even after pressure release.
Lid Mechanism Binding
Symptom
Multicooker makes a constant beeping sound and will not start cooking.
Alarm Condition / Safety Interlock Active
Symptom
Multicooker overheats and burns food on the bottom while the top remains undercooked.
Temperature Regulation Inaccuracy
Symptom
Multicooker powers on but will not start any program; pressing Start has no effect.
Start Circuit / Control Logic Failure
Symptom
Multicooker switches to Keep Warm too early; rice or food is undercooked.
Premature Cooking Cycle Termination
Symptom
Steam continuously escapes from the steam release valve during pressure cooking; pressure never builds.
Steam Release Valve Not Sealing
Symptom
Steam or water leaks from around the lid during pressure cooking; cooker struggles to reach pressure.
Lid Seal Leakage
Symptom
Timer or clock runs too fast or too slow; cooking times are inaccurate.
Timing Circuit Inaccuracy
Symptom
Unusual burning smell or smoke from the multicooker during use.
Overheating / Electrical Insulation Breakdown
