ERR1
The control panel displays ERR1, and the grill will not start the ignition sequence.
Igniter Circuit Fault
ERR2
The control panel displays ERR2, and the grill shuts down shortly after startup.
High Temperature or Overheat Fault
ERR3
The control panel displays ERR3, and the grill will not maintain the set temperature.
Temperature Sensor Open/Short Fault
ERR4
The control panel displays ERR4, and the grill shuts down during cooking.
Low Temperature / Flame-Out Fault
ERR5
Control panel displays ERR5, and the grill will not power on fully or buttons are unresponsive.
Control Board Power or Keypad Fault
ERR6
Control panel displays ERR6, and the grill shuts down when attempting to ignite.
Ignition Timeout / Failed Ignition
LOC
Display shows LOC, and buttons do not respond.
Control Panel Lockout / Child Lock Mode
NOF
Display shows NOF or 'NO FIRE', and the grill shuts down.
Flame Detection / No Fire Condition
P1
Display shows P1, and the grill runs at a very low temperature with long pauses between pellet feeds.
Smoke Setting / Low Feed Program (Not a Fault)
P7
Display shows P7, and the grill struggles to stay lit or frequently flames out in windy or cold conditions.
Extended Pause Smoke Program (Not a Fault but Can Cause Flame-Out)
PF
Display shows PF, and the cook cycle stops unexpectedly.
Power Failure Detected
