Possible Causes
Boundary wire buried too deep, Low boundary signal due to long loop, Damaged boundary wire insulation causing leakage, Charging station output weak
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF the mower and unplug the charging station before adjusting the boundary.
- Check wire depth: Ensure the boundary wire is at the surface or no deeper than Honda's recommended depth. Raise it if necessary.
- Shorten loop if possible: Avoid unnecessary loops or long detours that weaken the signal.
- Inspect for damage: Look for sections where the insulation is cut or worn, especially near edges and stones. Repair with waterproof connectors.
- Verify station output: Check the station's boundary LED. If dim or off, the station may be faulty and require service.
After corrections, test the mower along the boundary to confirm it turns away correctly.
