Possible Causes

Internal gyroscope calibration lost, Strong magnetic or impact damage, IMU connector loose on main PCB, IMU sensor failure

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Turn OFF the robot.

  • Reboot and reset: Turn the power switch OFF for 30 seconds, then ON. If your Honiture app offers a sensor calibration or factory reset option, perform it following on-screen instructions.
  • Flat surface test: Place the robot on a perfectly flat, stable surface and start a cleaning cycle. Avoid moving it by hand during startup, as this can affect calibration.
  • Check for impact damage: Inspect the housing for cracks or signs of a heavy fall, which can damage the IMU module.
  • Advanced repair: Open the top cover and locate the small IMU/gyroscope board (often near the center of the main PCB). Ensure its connector is firmly seated. If E10 persists, replace the IMU / Gyroscope Module or the main PCB.
