General Temperature Alarm
CF
The display shows CF, and cooling performance is reduced or erratic.
Compressor Fan / Cooling Fault
dO
The display shows dO or a door icon; an audible alarm sounds, and the unit may not cool efficiently.
Door Open Alarm / Door Switch Fault

Digital display shows E1 and cabinet is not cooling properly or temperature is unstable.
Cabinet Temperature Sensor (NTC) Failure

The display shows E9, and the internal humidity reading is missing or incorrect (on models with hygrometry).

The display shows Er or flashes all segments; controls may be unresponsive.

The display shows H1 or a high-temperature alarm; the internal temperature is significantly above the setpoint.
High Temperature Alarm / Cooling Failure

The display shows L1 or a low-temperature alarm; the internal temperature is significantly below the setpoint, and bottles may be too cold.

Cabinet exterior is unusually hot to the touch, especially on the sides or top.
Overheating Condenser or Insufficient Ventilation

Cabinet interior feels excessively damp; condensation on bottles and walls.
High Internal Humidity
Symptom
Cabinet interior is too dry; corks appear to be drying out despite humidity feature.
Low Internal Humidity
Symptom
Cabinet vibrates excessively and transmits noise to surrounding furniture.
