How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn off power to the air handler.
- Access blower: Remove blower compartment panel and visually inspect the blower assembly.
- Check wheel alignment: Ensure the blower wheel is centered and not rubbing the housing. Adjust set screw and position if needed.
- Remove debris: Clear any objects or insulation from the blower housing.
