Kelvinator Condensation on Front Panel / Airflow Pattern Issue

The Kelvinator split AC indoor unit drips water from the front panel during very humid operation.

Possible Causes

Louver directing cold air onto the panel, very low set temperature, high indoor humidity, partially blocked filters causing uneven airflow.

Steps:

Adjust louvers: Direct airflow horizontally or slightly upward instead of straight down to reduce condensation on the panel.
Increase set temperature: Raise the setpoint by 1–2°C to reduce the coil temperature and condensation.
Clean filters: Ensure the filters are clean to maintain even airflow across the coil.
Use DRY mode: In very humid conditions, use Dry mode to dehumidify more efficiently.
