Possible Causes

Louver directing cold air onto the panel, very low set temperature, high indoor humidity, partially blocked filters causing uneven airflow.

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Steps:

  • Adjust louvers: Direct airflow horizontally or slightly upward instead of straight down to reduce condensation on the panel.
  • Increase set temperature: Raise the setpoint by 1–2°C to reduce the coil temperature and condensation.
  • Clean filters: Ensure the filters are clean to maintain even airflow across the coil.
  • Use DRY mode: In very humid conditions, use Dry mode to dehumidify more efficiently.
