Loud rattling or buzzing noise from the indoor unit during operation.

Safety: Turn off power before opening the indoor unit.

• Step 1 – Check mounting: Gently push on the indoor unit. If it rocks, tighten the mounting plate screws and ensure the unit is properly latched.
• Step 2 – Secure panels: Ensure the front cover and filter access panels are fully closed and latched.
• Step 3 – Inspect blower: Remove the front cover and look for loose screws or foreign objects in the blower wheel. Remove any debris.
• Step 4 – Balance issues: If the blower wheel is visibly warped or damaged, replace it to prevent further vibration.
