How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Disconnect power before removing the front cover.
- Access the coil: Remove the front panel and filters to expose the evaporator coil.
- Locate sensor: Find the T1 sensor clipped to the coil tubing. Ensure it is firmly attached and not hanging loose.
- Check wiring: Trace the sensor wires back to the PCB and reseat the connector.
- Replace sensor: If F2 persists, replace the evaporator temperature sensor with the correct Tosot part.
