• Check temperature: If the unit is extremely hot after cooking, extended fan operation may be normal. Improve ventilation around the appliance.
• Sensor accuracy: Test the NTC temperature sensor for correct resistance at room temperature. Replace if it reads too high, causing the board to think the unit is hotter than it is.
• Fan relay: Inspect the fan relay on the main control board. If the relay contacts are welded closed, the fan may run continuously; replace the board.
• Firmware behavior: Consult the user manual to confirm normal cool-down duration for your model.
