How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug before opening the unit.

External checks: Confirm the plug fits tightly in the outlet. Avoid using loose power strips or adapters.
Ventilation: Ensure the unit has adequate airflow around it. Overheating can cause internal cutoffs to open temporarily.
Internal inspection: Remove the housing and inspect the power input area, internal fuse, and thermal cutoffs. Look for discoloration or heat damage.
Board and relay: Check the main control board for cracked solder joints at the power relay and input terminals. Resolder or replace the board if necessary.
Thermal cutoff: Some models use a self‑resetting thermal cutoff that opens when overheated. If it trips frequently, investigate fan operation and vent blockage.
