How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the air fryer and allow it to cool. Do not operate the unit without a working fan, as this poses a fire risk.

Check for obstructions: Look up into the cavity towards the fan. Remove any visible food debris or foreign objects using a non-metallic tool.
Spin test: With the unit unplugged, gently rotate the fan blades. If they do not spin freely, the motor or bearings are likely damaged, and the fan assembly should be replaced.
Inspect wiring: Access the fan motor from the top or rear. Ensure the connector is firmly attached and the wires are intact.
Motor replacement: If the fan is seized or does not run even when supplied with power (advanced testing), replace the fan motor assembly with a compatible Tower part.
Do not bypass: Never bypass the fan or operate the air fryer without it. Overheating and fire can result.

The air fryer fan does not run (no airflow noise), but the heater may still get hot.
