Air fryer basket is difficult to insert or remove; it may jam or not sit flush.

Safety first: Allow the unit to cool before forcing the basket.

Steps:

• Clean rails and guides: Remove the basket and drawer. Clean the side rails and bottom guides of the drawer and cavity with a damp cloth to remove grease and crumbs.
• Inspect for warping: Check the basket and drawer for visible warping or cracks. Ensure the metal frame inside the cavity is not bent.
• Test insertion: Gently insert the empty drawer and observe where it binds. Slightly adjust any bent metal tabs or guides.

If the basket or drawer is significantly warped, replace the basket & drawer assembly. If the cavity frame is bent, carefully straighten it or consult a technician.
