Attack
Condensate Drain / Level Fault
Boiler displays E13; may be related to a condensate system malfunction.

Possible Causes
Blocked condensate trap on Attack condensing boiler, frozen condensate discharge pipe, incorrectly installed condensate pipework, faulty condensate level sensor (if fitted).
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Condensate is mildly acidic. Wear gloves and eye protection when handling.
Steps:
- Inspect condensate trap: Remove the condensate trap from the bottom of the Attack boiler. Empty and flush it with clean water to remove sludge.
- Check condensate pipe: Follow the plastic pipe to its discharge point. Ensure it is not frozen, kinked, or blocked. Thaw gently with warm (not boiling) water if frozen.
- Reassemble and test: Refit the trap securely, ensuring seals are in place. Restore power and reset the boiler.
Technician: If E13 persists, a service engineer should check for internal condensate leaks or sensor faults.
