How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Isolate power before removing the front panel.
- Check contrast/brightness: Some CTC models allow adjustment of display contrast; ensure it is not set too low.
- Inspect connections: Remove the front panel and check the ribbon cable between the display and main PCB is fully seated.
- Look for moisture: Check for signs of condensation or water ingress around the control panel. Resolve any leak sources.
- Replace display module (technician): If connections are sound but the display remains blank, replace the user interface / display PCB.
