Possible Causes

Faulty automatic air vent, Negative pressure drawing air in, Micro-leaks on suction side of pump, Incorrect system design

Safety: Allow boiler to cool before bleeding air vents.

Steps:

Bleed radiators and manual air vents starting from the highest point.
Check the automatic air vent on the boiler; ensure the cap is slightly open to allow air to escape.
If the vent is leaking or blocked, a technician should replace the automatic air vent.
Inspect for micro-leaks on joints around the pump and suction side pipework.
