E1
The carpet cleaner will not power on; the display shows E1, or the power indicator flashes once and turns off.
Main Power Input or Line Fuse Fault
E10
The pump runs loudly but little or no solution reaches the carpet; E10 or a low-flow icon is displayed.
Low Solution Flow or Flow Sensor Fault
E11
The display shows E11; the unit beeps and stops when switching modes (e.g., wash to rinse).
