Solution tank appears full, but no solution flows; the tank does not seem to empty during use.

Safety: Unplug the cleaner and remove the tank.

• Test valve: Press the outlet valve pin on the bottom of the tank over a sink. It should move freely and release water. If not, soak and clean the valve.
• Check engagement: Ensure the tank is installed so the body actuator properly opens the valve.
• Replace tank: If the valve remains stuck or leaks, replace the solution tank.
