Brushes do not rotate, but suction and spray are normal (no error code is shown).

Safety: Unplug before working on the brush roll.

• Remove brush cover: Access the brush roll by removing the bottom cover or side plate of the floorhead.
• Clear debris: Cut away hair, threads, and fibers wrapped around the brush and end caps.
• Inspect belt: Check the drive belt for cracks, glazing, or stretching. Replace it with a genuine Miele belt if any damage is found.
• Check brush bearings: Spin the brush by hand. If rough or seized, replace the brush roll assembly.
