Possible Causes

Worn keypad contacts, moisture under the control panel, loose ribbon cable to the PCB, faulty control panel PCB.

Safety: Unplug before opening the control panel.

Dry the panel: If the unit was used in a very humid environment or exposed to splashes, allow it to dry completely. Do not use heat guns.
Inspect ribbon cable: Open the control housing and reseat the ribbon cable between the keypad and the main PCB.
Check for corrosion: Look for green/white corrosion on connectors. Clean gently with contact cleaner if minor.
Replace keypad/PCB: If specific buttons never work or the panel is physically damaged, replace the control panel assembly.
