No water or solution dispenses from any outlet, but the pump can be heard running.

Safety: Keep the unit unplugged while checking filters and hoses.

• Confirm tank fill and seating: Fill the clean solution tank and ensure it is locked into place correctly.
• Prime the system: Plug in, then hold the trigger continuously for 30–60 seconds over a sink or bucket to purge air.
• Clean intake filter: Remove and rinse the filter at the tank outlet or pump inlet.
• Inspect hoses: Look for flattened or kinked hoses between the tank, pump, and outlets. Replace any that remain collapsed.
