• Clear blockage: Use a small brush or wooden skewer to gently dislodge compacted grounds. Do not use metal tools that could damage plastic parts.
• Clean thoroughly: Brush out the chute and surrounding areas to remove oily buildup.
• Use drier beans: Avoid very oily dark roasts that tend to clog chutes.
• Test brew: Run a grind & brew cycle and confirm that grounds now drop into the filter basket.
