Water leaking from the front of the group head around the portafilter during extraction.

Safety first: Allow the machine to cool before working near the group head.

Steps:

• Clean group head: Remove the portafilter and clean the group head rim and gasket area with a brush to remove coffee oils and grounds.
• Inspect gasket: Look for cracks, hardening, or flattening of the rubber gasket. If deformed, it should be replaced.
• Check portafilter: Inspect the lugs on the portafilter for wear or damage that might prevent full locking.
• Replace gasket: Use a small flat tool to carefully pry out the old gasket and press in a new Dualit-compatible group head seal.
