• 2. Descale: Run a complete descaling cycle to remove scale from the boiler/thermoblock, which can reduce heat transfer.
• 3. Check cup temperature: Warm cups with hot water before brewing; cold porcelain can significantly cool the beverage.
• 4. Advanced sensor check: If the temperature remains low, test the boiler NTC sensor and heater as described in temperature-related error procedures. Replace any faulty components.
