The brew group falls out or is loose when inserted.

Steps:

• Set neutral position: Ensure the brew group is in its neutral position (piston down, funnel aligned) as described in the manual.
• Insert correctly: Slide the group in straight along the rails until it clicks firmly.
• Inspect latches: Check the plastic latch and hooks on the brew group for cracks or wear.

If the group will not lock in place or falls out, replace the brew group. If the internal locking hook inside the machine is broken, the internal frame must be repaired by a technician.
