Milk froth is weak, large-bubbled, or not forming at all.

Step 1 – Clean the milk frother thoroughly:

• Disassemble the milk frother according to the manual.
• Soak the parts in warm water with Jura milk system cleaner.
• Ensure the air intake hole is completely clear.

Step 2 – Clean milk hoses:

• Flush the milk hoses with warm water and milk system cleaner.
• Replace the hoses if they are cloudy, stiff, or cracked.

Step 3 – Use proper milk:

• Use fresh, cold milk (3–4 °C). Semi-skimmed milk often froths best.

Step 4 – Run automatic milk cleaning:

• Use the machine's milk system cleaning program daily to prevent buildup.
