How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Step 1 – Clean the milk frother thoroughly:
- Disassemble the milk frother according to the manual.
- Soak the parts in warm water with Jura milk system cleaner.
- Ensure the air intake hole is completely clear.
Step 2 – Clean milk hoses:
- Flush the milk hoses with warm water and milk system cleaner.
- Replace the hoses if they are cloudy, stiff, or cracked.
Step 3 – Use proper milk:
- Use fresh, cold milk (3–4 °C). Semi-skimmed milk often froths best.
Step 4 – Run automatic milk cleaning:
- Use the machine's milk system cleaning program daily to prevent buildup.
