Machine will not start brewing (no pump noise) even though the light is green and lever is moved

Possible Causes

Faulty lever microswitch, Disconnected pump wiring, Failed vibration pump, Control board output failure

Safety: Unplug the machine before any inspection.

Check lever operation: Move the lever firmly to hot and cold. If there is no click or resistance, the internal switch may be broken.
Test with water only: Remove any capsule and try to run water. Listen closely for any faint pump sound.
Power reset: Unplug for 10 minutes, then plug in and test again.
