Possible Causes
Faulty lever microswitch, Disconnected pump wiring, Failed vibration pump, Control board output failure
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the machine before any inspection.
- Check lever operation: Move the lever firmly to hot and cold. If there is no click or resistance, the internal switch may be broken.
- Test with water only: Remove any capsule and try to run water. Listen closely for any faint pump sound.
- Power reset: Unplug for 10 minutes, then plug in and test again.
If the pump never activates and the lever feels normal, internal electrical tests are required and should be performed by a technician.
