Capsules are not ejected; used capsules remain stuck in the brew head

Safety first: Unplug the machine before attempting to clear jams.

Clearing the jam:

• Open the lever fully and gently wiggle the capsule to remove it; do not use excessive force.
• Clean the capsule carriage and chute with a brush and damp cloth.
• Empty and reinsert the used capsule container.

Mechanism inspection:

• Remove the housing to view the ejection linkage.
• Check for broken plastic parts or disconnected linkages; replace the ejection mechanism or brew head assembly if damaged.
