Used pods are very dry after brewing; little water seems to have passed through them.

Safety first: Unplug and cool the machine before cleaning.

• Check pod placement: Ensure pods are centered and lying flat in the pod holder.
• Clean pod holder filter: Rinse and brush the metal filter; clear all holes.
• Clean inlet jets: Use a small brush or pin to gently clean the water inlet holes in the brew head.
• Descale: Run a descaling cycle to restore proper flow.
