Possible Causes
Blockage in wand, Blocked floor nozzle, Clogged cyclone shroud, Overfilled dirt bin
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF and remove the battery before clearing clogs.
- Empty dirt bin: Remove and empty the dirt tank. Do not allow debris to reach the MAX fill line.
- Check wand: Detach the wand and look through it toward a light source. Use a flexible brush or rod to push out any obstructions.
- Inspect nozzle: Remove the floor nozzle and check the suction channel and brush area for blockages (e.g., pet toys, large debris). Clear thoroughly.
- Clean cyclone shroud: Remove the cyclone assembly and brush off fine dust from the mesh shroud. Compressed air can help, but use short bursts and wear eye protection.
- Reassemble and test: Reinstall all components securely and test suction. If CLG persists with clear airflow, the airflow sensor or main PCB may be faulty.
