Vacuum has very weak suction, even with a fully charged battery.

Safety first: Remove the battery before disassembling any parts.

• Check for clogs: Detach the wand and floor head. Look through each section and the handheld inlet for blockages. Clear with a non-metallic rod.
• Clean bin and cyclone: Remove the dust bin and cyclonic assembly. Tap gently to remove fine dust. Use a soft brush to clean the cyclone holes.
• Inspect seals and gaskets: Examine the rubber gasket between the bin and motor housing. Replace if cracked, flattened, or missing.
• Clean or replace filters: Remove pre-filter and main filter. Clean or replace as specified in the manual.
• Reassemble carefully: Ensure all parts click into place and there are no gaps between the bin and body.
