Possible Causes
Clogged cyclonic separator, blocked wand or nozzle, torn or missing bin gasket, severely clogged filters.
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before disassembling any parts.
- Check for clogs: Detach the wand and floor head. Look through each section and the handheld inlet for blockages. Clear with a non-metallic rod.
- Clean bin and cyclone: Remove the dust bin and cyclonic assembly. Tap gently to remove fine dust. Use a soft brush to clean the cyclone holes.
- Inspect seals and gaskets: Examine the rubber gasket between the bin and motor housing. Replace if cracked, flattened, or missing.
- Clean or replace filters: Remove pre-filter and main filter. Clean or replace as specified in the manual.
- Reassemble carefully: Ensure all parts click into place and there are no gaps between the bin and body.
