Possible Causes
Blockage in the extension tube, Blocked inlet at the dust bin, Large object stuck in the floor nozzle neck, Collapsed flexible hose (if equipped)
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Switch off the vacuum and remove the battery pack before clearing any blockages.
- Step 1 – Remove accessories: Detach the floor nozzle, wand, and any hose from the main body.
- Step 2 – Check each section: Look through the wand and hose against a light source. Use a long, blunt rod to gently push out any clogs. Do not use sharp objects.
- Step 3 – Inspect floor nozzle neck: Look into the neck of the motorized floor head where it connects to the wand. Remove any debris or objects lodged there.
- Step 4 – Check dust bin inlet: Inspect the opening where dirt enters the dust bin. Clear any buildup or stuck objects.
- Step 5 – Reassemble and test: Reconnect components one at a time, testing the suction after each to identify any remaining restriction.
If F2 persists with all airways clear, the pressure sensor or control PCB might be misreading airflow and should be checked by a technician.
