Fine dust appears on the HEPA filter area or exhaust grille more quickly than usual.

Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery pack before disassembling the dust bin.

• Step 1 – Disassemble cyclone (per manual): Remove the dust bin and separate the inner cyclone components as per the manual.
• Step 2 – Clean shroud and cones: Use a soft brush to clean all perforations and surfaces. Ensure all holes are clear.
• Step 3 – Check assembly order: Reassemble the cyclone exactly as shown in the manual. Missing or incorrectly assembled parts reduce separation efficiency.
• Step 4 – Avoid overfilling: Empty the dust bin before it reaches the maximum fill line to maintain proper cyclone function.

If the cyclone plastic is cracked or parts are missing, replace the cyclone/dust bin assembly with a Bomann original part.
