Vacuum cannot stand properly in the wall mount or keeps falling off

• Step 1 – Inspect hooks and slots: Check the plastic hook on the vacuum and the corresponding slot on the wall mount for cracks or wear.
• Step 2 – Verify installation: Ensure the wall mount is fixed to a solid surface with appropriate anchors and screws, aligned vertically.
• Step 3 – Remove accessories: Dock the vacuum without heavy accessories attached to see if stability improves.
