• 1. Inspect brush bristles: Check if the bristles are worn down, uneven, or missing. Replace the brushroll if worn.
• 2. Clean nozzle channels: Remove the brushroll and clean the internal air channels of the nozzle thoroughly.
• 3. Check floor setting: If the nozzle has a hard floor/carpet selector, ensure it is set correctly for the surface.
• 4. Replace nozzle: If the base plate is warped or cracked, or performance remains poor, replace the motorized floor nozzle.
