Possible Causes

Dirty filters with trapped organic material, dust bin not cleaned regularly, use on damp surfaces, pet hair accumulation.

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Remove the battery before cleaning. Do not use harsh chemicals inside the air path.

  • 1. Empty and wash bin: Remove the dust bin and wash it with mild detergent and warm water. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely.
  • 2. Clean filters: Wash washable filters with lukewarm water only. Do not use soap unless Candy explicitly allows it. Dry fully (24 hours).
  • 3. Wipe external surfaces: Use a slightly damp cloth with mild detergent to wipe the nozzle and wand. Avoid soaking electrical parts.
  • 4. Avoid wet debris: Do not vacuum liquids or very damp materials. Allow any previously damp components to dry fully before reuse.
