Possible Causes
Aged battery cells, frequent deep discharges, storage at high temperature, manufacturing defect in battery pack.
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Use only genuine Candy batteries and chargers.
- 1. Verify full charge: Charge the vacuum until the battery indicator shows full. Leave it on the charger for an extra 30–60 minutes to ensure balancing.
- 2. Runtime test: Run the vacuum continuously on a fixed power level and time the runtime. Compare with the specification in the manual.
- 3. Reduce load: If runtime is short only on turbo mode, use a lower power setting for routine cleaning to extend runtime.
- 4. Replace battery: If runtime is significantly below spec on all modes, replace the battery pack with a genuine Candy replacement.
