Possible Causes
Clogged cyclone assembly, blocked wand tube, obstruction in floor nozzle neck, leaking seals around the dust bin
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF and remove the battery before disassembly.
- Check for blockages: Detach the wand and nozzle. Look through the wand and nozzle neck for obstructions and clear them.
- Clean cyclone: Remove the dust bin and cyclone unit. Disassemble as per the manual and remove compacted dust from cyclone cones and channels. Rinse if allowed and dry completely.
- Inspect seals: Check rubber gaskets around the bin and cyclone for damage or misalignment. Reseat or replace if worn.
- Test handheld only: Run the handheld unit without the wand/nozzle. If suction is strong, the restriction is in the attachments.
