Gorenje
Brush Roller Drive Failure
The main floor brush does not spin, but suction is present; the LED on the nozzle may still light.

Possible Causes
Brush roller jammed with debris, broken drive belt (if belt-driven), failed brush motor in the nozzle, damaged wiring in the nozzle neck.
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Turn OFF the vacuum and remove the battery.
Clear and inspect brush:
- Remove the brush roller from the motorized floor nozzle.
- Clean off all hair and debris from the roller and end caps.
- Check for a broken or slipped drive belt (if your Gorenje model uses one).
Reinstall the brush and test. If the roller still does not spin and you can hear no motor noise in the nozzle, the brush motor or internal wiring is likely faulty, and the nozzle assembly should be replaced.
