The vacuum loses suction only when the wand is attached; handheld suction is normal.

Safety: Remove the battery and detach the wand.

• Check for clogs: Look through the wand against a light source. Use a flexible rod or broom handle to gently push out any blockage.
• Inspect for cracks: Examine the wand for splits or holes that could cause air leaks.
• Check seals: Inspect the rubber rings at each end of the wand and replace if worn or missing.
• Replace wand: If cracked or deformed, install a new Groupe SEB wand.
