Vacuum has weak suction even though the motor sounds normal.

Safety first: Remove the battery before clearing clogs.

• Empty and clean bin: Empty the dust bin and clean the cyclone shroud and mesh.
• Clean filters: Remove and clean the pre-motor and HEPA filters as specified in the manual. Ensure they are completely dry before reinstalling.
• Check for clogs: Detach the wand and nozzle. Look through each section and remove any obstructions.
• Inspect seals: Check rubber gaskets around the bin and filter housing for damage or misalignment. Replace if torn or flattened.
