• Fully charge battery: Charge the battery until the charger indicates full. Then test the vacuum on low power first.

• Clean contacts: Wipe the battery and vacuum contacts with a dry cloth. Ensure the battery locks firmly into place.
• Monitor runtime: If runtime is significantly shorter than specified even after full charge, replace the battery pack.
