Battery Capacity Loss / Calibration Issue
Cordless vacuum’s LED battery indicator shows full, but runtime is very short.

Possible Causes
Aged Li-Ion cells with reduced capacity, Battery indicator not recalibrated, Frequent shallow charges, High-load use on turbo mode
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Use only original Kärcher batteries.
- Recalibrate (if supported): Fully charge the battery, then run the vacuum continuously on normal mode until it shuts off. Fully recharge again. This can improve indicator accuracy on some models.
- Compare to spec: Measure actual runtime and compare to Kärcher’s stated runtime for your model and mode.
- Replace battery if needed: If runtime is significantly below spec after calibration, the battery pack has likely lost capacity and should be replaced.
