Cyclone / Dust Bin Assembly Fault
The vacuum shows E07; suction is very weak or absent even though the motor sounds like it is running.

Possible Causes
An improperly seated dust bin, damaged or missing cyclone seals, a cracked dust bin body, or blocked cyclone ports.
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn off the vacuum and remove the battery before removing the dust bin.
- 1. Remove and reinstall the dust bin: Detach the dust bin completely and then reinstall it, ensuring it clicks firmly into place. Misalignment can trigger an error and cause loss of suction.
- 2. Inspect seals and gaskets: Check the rubber seals around the cyclone and bin connection points. Look for tears, deformation, or missing seals. Replace the dust bin or seal kit if damaged.
- 3. Clean cyclone ports: Open the bin and gently tap the cyclone assembly to dislodge fine dust. Use a soft brush to clean the small cyclone holes. Do not use sharp objects that can deform the plastic.
- 4. Check for cracks: Inspect the dust bin for hairline cracks, especially around the latch and connection to the main body. Cracks can cause air leaks and trigger E07.
- 5. If E07 remains after reseating and cleaning, the bin presence sensor or pressure sensor may be faulty and require professional service.
