Possible Causes
Using a non-original charger, incorrect charger voltage, dirty or misaligned charging contacts, faulty charging dock PCB.
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the charger from the mains before cleaning contacts.
- Verify charger model: Confirm that the charger is the original Logik unit with the correct voltage and current rating printed on the label.
- Clean contacts: Wipe the charging contacts on both the vacuum and dock/charger with a dry cloth. Remove any oxidation with isopropyl alcohol.
- Check alignment: Ensure the vacuum is seated correctly on the dock so that all contacts touch firmly.
- Test another charger/dock: If available, try a second compatible Logik charger. If 'CH' disappears, replace the original charger or dock.
- Inspect charge port: For models with a barrel jack, check for looseness or damage. A damaged jack may require replacement of the charge port assembly.
