Possible Causes
Clogged pre-motor filter, blocked wand or hose, damaged or missing rubber seals on the dust bin, cracked cyclone or bin housing.
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery pack before inspecting for blockages.
- Check for blockages: Detach the wand, hose, and tools. Look through each section and clear any obstructions using a flexible, non‑sharp rod.
- Service filters: Remove and clean or replace the pre‑motor and HEPA filters as specified in the Logik manual.
- Inspect seals: Examine the rubber O‑rings and foam seals around the dust bin and cyclone for damage or misalignment. Reseat or replace as needed.
- Check for cracks: Look for cracks in the dust bin and cyclone body that could cause air leaks. Replace the damaged component if found.
