Safety first: Remove the battery before inspection. Do not open the battery casing.

Confirm full charge: Charge the battery using the original Logik charger until the indicator shows full.
Test runtime: Run the vacuum continuously in standard mode and time how long it operates. Compare the runtime with the specifications in the manual.
Reduce load: Clean filters and clear blockages to ensure the vacuum is not drawing excessive current.
Replace battery: If the runtime is significantly below specification despite clean airflow, replace the battery pack with a new, genuine Logik battery.

The vacuum runs for only a few minutes on a full charge before stopping.
