Battery Voltage Out of Range
The battery indicator flashes, and F11 appears; the vacuum stops even with a partially charged battery.

Possible Causes
Aged battery with high internal resistance, faulty battery cell group, defective battery management PCB, incorrect or non-genuine battery pack.
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and disconnect the charger. Do not use damaged or non-genuine batteries.
- 1. Confirm genuine Miele battery: Check the label and part number. Use only Miele-approved batteries for your cordless model.
- 2. Recharge fully: Place the battery on the charger until it reaches full charge. Then test the vacuum. If F11 appears quickly under light use, the battery is likely failing.
- 3. Test with another battery (if available): If another compatible Miele battery charges normally, the original battery pack is faulty.
- 4. Inspect battery for damage: Look for swelling, cracks, or heat discoloration. Do not continue to use a physically damaged battery.
- 5. Persistent F11 with multiple batteries: The vacuum's battery sensing circuit on the main PCB may be faulty and requires professional service.
